Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent short-period repetition of stopping and recommencing fuel injection, by delaying the fuel injection recommencing timing that is determined by the output of a comparator for detecing the state that the engine speed is lower than a reference value and the output of a switch for detecting the state that a throttle valve is closed. CONSTITUTION:With increasing of the engine speed, output (a) of a frequency/ voltage converter 13 becomes higher than a reference voltage Vs and the level of the output of an NAND circuit 18 is changed to ''HIGH''. However, since a switch 20 is opened beforehand and the level of the output (e) of an inverter 22 is changed to ''LOW'', the output (f) of an NAND circuit 19 is kpet at ''high'' level, and injection of fuel is continued. On he other hand, when the output (a) of the frequency/voltage converter 13 is lowered gradually with the vehicle speed and becomes lower than the reference voltage Vs, the level of the output (d) of the NAND circuit 18 is changed to ''LOW'' with delay of a certain time by the function of an integration circuit 17. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to prevent short-period repetition of stopping and recommencing fuel injection.
