Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled paint which does not cause blistering due to baking or sagging when thick-coated, consisting of a resin which can be cured by a polymerization crosslinking reaction, a specified solvent and a low-molecular PE additive. CONSTITUTION:A resin which can be cured by a polymerization crosslinking reaction, e.g., epoxy-acid anhydride, a solvent contg. at least 90wt% solvent having a b.p. ( deg.C) >= baking temp. ( deg.C) -50 deg.C, e.g. cyclohexanone, and at least 40wt% solvent having a b.p. ( deg.C >= baking temp. ( deg.C), e.g. isophorone, and a low-molecular PE additive are mixed together. EFFECT:When the inner surface of a steel pipe are thick-coated with the paint, thick coating of at least dry 200mu per one coat and the introduction of the pipe into a baking oven immediately after coating can be carried out without causing blistering and sagging due to baking.
