Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable a complete combustion to be performed by a method wherein a blower is installed in an incinerater so as to forcibly feed the air injected from the nozzles arranged in a primary combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:Items to be combustioned are loaded in a primary combustion chamber 3, a blower 8 is operated in simultaneous with the ignition, the air is injected from each of the air injection ports through pipes connected to the nozzles. The injection port 9 near the bottom part of a primary chamber enforces the combustion under an agitating condition by a forced air blowing from each of the directions. The upper injection port 10 has no opposed injection port, so that it causes hot flame gas generated by combustion to be rotated at a high speed along the inner wall. Thus, the flame gas is fed to the secondary combustion chamber 4 through the passage 6 arranged at the upper part while being rotated in a horizontal direction at a high speed. The secondary combustion chamber 4 is constructed as a cylindrical shape and its interior is forcedly rotated in a horizontal direction by injection air from the air injection port 11 made at the passage 6. Thus, the secondary combustion chamber 4 shows a continued high speed rotation due to the fact that the passage 7 for the cyclone 5 is arranged near the bottom part of the cylinder and so a high heat is kept and a complete combustion of the flame is assured. |
