Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight protecting board for afforestation having corrosion-resistant property and an effect of repelling animals by forming a resin coated layer of specific thickness on the surface of a cold rolling steel sheet of specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:An ordinary annealed and cold rolling steel sheet having 0.20- 2.0mm. thickness is used as a blank material, and a resin coated film is formed on the surface of material so as to obtain a 2.7-1,000mu dry film thickness. As a resin used for the film coating, polyolefin resin, acrylic resin, and polyester resin, etc. are suitable. Next a coated steel sheet after coating is rolled by rolling rolls to obtain a roll-coated steel sheet having 20-200mu sheet thickness and 2-20mu film thickness.
