AIR MEMBRANE STRUCTURE CLEAN ROOM

PURPOSE:To contrive to achieve the two different function such as the supporting of a membrane structural body and the cleaning of the inside thereof with single air flow by a method wherein the air is blowed into the inside of an air membrane structural body for supporting thereof, the air is cleaned before blowing into the structural body. CONSTITUTION:The clean air 3 after passing through a high performance filter 6 is blowed into the inside of a membrane structural body 2 formed by a membrane material 1 with a blower 5. The clean air 3 is circulated through the high performance filter 7 from a blowing duct 10 via a mutiholed plate 8 and circulating ducts 9, thus, a clean room 4 is structured by said recirculation. Consequently, the clean air 3 is continuously fed through the high performance filter 6 with the blower 5, the membrane material 1 is expanded and supported by the clean air 3, further, the clean air 3 is recirculated into the inside of the membrane structural body 2 through the high performance filter 7, thus, the clean room 4 is structured by the recirculation.
