Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable a sliding surface to be cut, by winding a sliding surface layer, which comprises a tetrafluoroethylene resin strip spirally wound under the condition so that its side edge part is not overlapped, to be lapped in multiple layers by a resin cloth consisting of thermo-setting synthetic resin and cloth base material. CONSTITUTION:A tetrafluoroethylene resin strip 6 is spirally wound so as to prevent its side edge part from overlapping on a cope metal 1, and the periphery of the strip is wound to be lapped in multiple layers by a resin cloth 8 formed by thermo-setting synthetic resin and a base material of cloth or the like consisting of polyester resin, thus forming a laminated reinforced layer 7. Then if the reinforced layer 7 reaches a prescribed thickness, cutting off the resin cloth 8 to be wound and removing a molded material with the core metal 1 from a molding machine, the molded material is transferred with the core metal 1 to a hot air furnace, thus performing curing. After curing, if the core metal 1 is removed, the laminated molded material of tubular shape is obtained.
