CONSTITUTION:The raw material of a tidbit such as fish, shellfish, marine product, vegetable, fruit, meat, etc. is sliced to a proper shape, size and thickness, immersed in an edible oil having high stability, e.g. coconut oil, hardened palm oil, rice bran oil, etc. maintained in a vacuum of
