Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the shapes of excavated holes and the like accurately and quickly, by providing one or more rotary heads in the main body of a sensor so that the head is freely driven and rotated, and providing a distance measuring sensor in at least one head of the rotary heads. CONSTITUTION:The main body of a sensor 7 is lowered into an excavated hole 19 at a constant speed, with the body 7 being maintained horizontally, in the direction of an arrow A. At the same time, a motor 11 is driven and rotated, and a rotary head 9 is rotated in the direction of an arrow C at a constant angle speed. A processing device 16 obtains the angle of an ultrasonic wave 21 transmitted from an ultrasonic wave sensor 10 as a signal S2 at a depth position DP. Based on a signal S1 at this time, a distance L between the sensor 10 and a wall surface 19a is obtained. The ultrasonic wave 21 is transmitted by the sensor 10 at every specified time. Thus the distance L can be measured approximately continuously in the horizontal direction. On a display 17a of a display device 17, an image 17b of the cross section of the excavated hole 19 in the approximately horizontal direction is displayed together with an indication 17c of the depth position DP from depth sensor 20. |
