Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable to perform the cutting work of a bore by a method wherein onefold thin tetrafluoroethylene resin is wound on a core metal with the outer side of a defluoridized treating surface, and a multifold resin cloth treated with a thermosetting resin varnish is wound over said winding, then those are heated and pressed. CONSTITUTION:A core metal 1 is locate at the position surrounded by three rollers composed of a pressing roller 2 and heating rollers 3, 4, the core metal 1 is given a rotary driving force, three rollers 2, 3 and 4 are rotated contacting with the core metal. A thin plate 6 of tetrafluoroethylene ring is wound by onefold of the core metal 1 with the outer side of a defluoridized treating surface without overlapping of a winding beginning part and a winding ending part. A resin cloth 8 treated with thermosetting resin varnish is wound over said winding under heating and pressing condition, thus, a laminated reinforced layer 7 is formed. Subsequently, the molded form is removed from the core metal 1, transferred to a heating furnace, and treated by curing, then the core metal 1 is removed and a cylindrical form product is cut in desired length.
