Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To remove automatically static electricity accumulated in a module during the filtering operation by mixing an electro-conductive wire-shaped body into a bundle of hollow yarn in the membraneous separation module. CONSTITUTION:An inflow port 4 of oil to be filtered having high electric resistance, an inflow port 6 of the filtered oil, an outflow port 5 of an unpermeated constituent, and an inflow port 7 of a compressed gas for taking out the filtered liquid are provided to a housing 2. In the housing 2, in order to remove static electricity accumulated in a module during the filtering operation, an electro- conductive wire-shaped body 8 (required number, e.g. 1-5), having a lead wire 9 which is electroconductive to the static electricity and capable of conducting out the static electricity, is mixed into a bundle 1 of hollow yarn to form a microfilter. Besides, a tube plate 3 of a cured bonding material, which bonds the bundle with the housing 2 so that the inside and outside of the hollow yarn may be kept watertight, is provided at one end of the housing 2. |
