Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To perform lining of a soft seal valve without leaving pin traces by tewer numbers of manufacturing processes by a method in which the support pin of the valve body is dropped into the pin hole of a die plate during the unvulcanizing process of rubber injected, and the pin trace portion is further filled by utilizing the pressure of the rubber injected. CONSTITUTION:An aperture for outside lining is kept between the face of a cavity formed by a bottom force 2 and top force 9 and the outer face of a valve body 6 by supporting the valve body 6 by a support pin 3, and a rubber 17 is injected into the aperture from a rubber pot 13. During the vulcanization of the rubber 17, both or any one of the force 2 and the die plate 1 is relatively moved, the support pin 3 is dropped into a pin hole 4 formed in the die plate 1 in such a way that no aperture is formed on the upper end of the support pin 3, and the support pin trace portion is filled with the rubber 17 injected and then vulcanization is completed. A soft seal valve having rubber lining free of pin trace can thus be obtained. |
