Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate portage and perform inspection on a desik easily by incorporating a microcomputer, keyboard, inspecting device, printer, etc., in a carrier case. CONSTITUTION:The IC card inspecting device 2 consists of a mechanism which carriers and supports a card and an inspecting mechanism part which moves and supports a probe for inspection. A control substrate 5 controls the operation of the IC card inspecting device 2. The microcomputer 8 is fixed to the right- angled frame 7 consisting of the keyboard and CPU hinged together, and when the frame is closed, the deyboard faces inwardly. The microcomputer 8 is connected to the IC card inspecting device 2, a printer 3, and a display device 4, and when the lid part 9 of the carrier case 1 is detached and the microcomputer 8 is fallen to the front side, the input/output keyboard faces upward and is operated easily.
