Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of cavitation of a propeller blade and reduce the vibration of a hull by forming the vicinity of the top edge of propeller blade from a porous material having aeration faculty. CONSTITUTION:The whole part including the vicinity of the top edge 1A of a propeller blade from a porous material having aeration faculty. Since said aeration faculty is provided through the thin holes on said porous material as shown by the arrow P, the back pressure portion at the low-pressure part on the back surface 1B of the propeller is increased. Therefore, generation of cavitation on the propeller blade 1 can be suppressed.
