Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To eliminate individual control of the button switch of a steering lock and an ingition circuit, by a method wherein the unlocking signal of the steering lock is applied to a starting circuit which energizes the ignition circuit and an ACC circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an operator depresses a plurality of button switches 45 of a key board, fastened to a door panel or a dash board in a car, according to a recital number, the result is compared with the details of a memory circuit 50 by a comparing circuit 51. If they coincide with each other in all digits, by means of an output from a coincidence signal output circuit 52, a steering lock unlocking motor 22 is run through an RS flip flop 62, a one shot output circuit 61, gates 62,63, a flip flop 64, a gate 65, and a relay 67. Simultaneously, an output is produced at an AND gate 76, an RS flip flop 85 is set through an OR gate 78, and an ignition circuit 90 is turned ON.
