MOTOR DRIVE CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To enable to process at a high speed by buffering a unit drive amount pulse via a counter, and resetting the counter to the initial state at every prescribed count of the unit drive amount pulses. CONSTITUTION:A drive controller 12 is composed of a driver 16 and a microcomputer which supplies a control signal to the driver 16. A moving direction command 100 is supplied directly, and a unit drive pulse 102 is supplied through a counter 26 for ring-counting provided at the front stage of the controller 12. The pulse 102 is bufferred by the counter 26, and the counter 26 is reset to the initial state at every prescribed count of the pulses 102. Accordingly, a high speed processing can be performed without necessity of a multi-bit counter.
