IRON CORE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To accurately laminate iron core pieces and obtain transformer with less distortion and iron loss by laminating iron core pieces after carrying iron core pieces at the first rate onto the laminated board, stopping a conveyor and then carrying them up to the specified position at the second rate. CONSTITUTION:A yoke is connected to the one end side of leg iron and coils are wound respectively to the leg irons. Thereafter, a yoke is connected to the other end side, thus forming a transformer or reactor etc. These iron cores are assembled as follow. A laminating truck 25 is arranged on the rail 29 for parallel running and a partal type supporting truck 31 is located on the running rail 32 in such a manner as briding over such truck 25. Moreover, a working bench 76 is arranged briding over the trunk 25, and the iron core pieces are carried onto the truck 25 using the first conveyor 42 at a first rate. Thereafter, the conveyor 42 is caused to stop. Next, the iron core pieces are carried to the specified location at a second rate which is lower than said first rate. Here, the iron core pieces are laminated therein. The laminated cores are sent to the working bench 76 with the first and second conveyors 42 and 43 and there are assembled herein.
