DIRECTION CHANGING ROLL DEVICE FOR HOOP

PURPOSE:To prevent snaking of a hoop to be wound on a small diameter roll group in a direction changing roll device by bisecting the respective small diameter rolls in the small diameter roll group and disposing the rolls in an inverted V shape. CONSTITUTION:A hoop 1 is wound across right and left small diameter rolls 10a, 10b. The hoop 1 advances in an arrow A direction and is wound on the small diameter roll group. When the hoop travels in an arrow B direction, the rolls 10a, 10b are rotated respectively by the hoop 1 and since the rolls are inclined, the roll 10a tries to move the hoop 1 in a left direction and the roll 10b in a right direction. Therefore, if the hoop 1 contacts more the roll 10a by biasing to the right side, the hoop is moved left and when the hoop contacts more the roll 10b by biasing to the left side, the hoop is moved right, by which the hoop is moved automatically to the center.
