Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in the accuracy of analysis owing to foam by attaching a gas releasing valve to a separating trap connected to a water feed pipe, heating the washing water to be supplied into the separating trap and applying ultrasonic oscillation thereto to release the dissolved air in the washing water. CONSTITUTION:A gas-liquid separating trap 43 is connected to a water feed pipe 39 of this dispensing mechanism and a pipe provided with a gas releasing valve and a pipe communicating with the spiral tube 48 of a water tank 49 are provided to said trap 43. A heater 45 is installed in the tank 49 and an oscillator 46 of an ultrasonic oscillator 47 is disposed. If pressurized washing water (10-20 deg.C) is passed in the tube 48 in the tank 49 in the above-mentioned constitution, the water is heated to about 55 deg.C and is impressed thereon with 200W and 30kHz ultrasonic oscillation during the heating. The micro-foam generated by such oscillation gathers in the upper part of the trap 43 and therefore the foam is adequately released to the upper part by opening the gas releasing valve 44. The foam providing the effect of a damper during suction and discharge of a cylinder 33 is thus removed, by which the reproducibility in the amt. of each reagent to be added is made accurate and the accuracy of analysis is considerably improved. |
