Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled film well suited for protection of the surface of metallic plate, etc., by the method wherein an internally crosslinked acrylic adhesive layer is formed on polyolefin film and a particular coupling agent is incorporated in the film and/or the adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer internally crosslinked by irradiation with UV light or electron beams is formed on the surface of polyolefin film (e.g., polyethylene). Here, at most 10pts.wt. titanate coupling agent with carbon- carbon double bonds of, e.g., formula I or II (where R1, R3, R4 are each alkyl; R2 is alkylene; x is 1-2; m is 0-2) is incorporated in 100pts.wt. polyolefin film and/ or the adhesive layer to yield the intended polyolefin adhesive film, with the result that no adhesive layer remains on the surface of an adherend when peeling said adhesive film after it is applied for the surface protection.
