Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain simple and efficient transportation by pipeline by refrigeratting and solidifying heavy oil into solid particles and mixing them into transportation liquid for transporting in the state of a two-phase stream. CONSTITUTION:The flow of heavy oil is successively divided into smaller parts by a rotary slit 12, and introduced into a converting device 5. Transportation water of lower temperature than the pour point of heavy oil is circulated into the converting device 5 through a circulating pipe 8, and small particles 14 of subdivided heavy oil is refrigerated by the low temperature transportation water, and consequently, converted into small-diameter solid particles. Then, they are mixed with the transportation water, and shaped into a two-phase stream 16 of liquid and solid for reaching the destination from the device 5 via a pipe 6.
