PUMP SYSTEM SIMULATOR

PURPOSE:To quickly and correctly find the water supplying flow rate and the pressure of continuous pump systems to confirm the functions of flow rate control, output control, and pump P number control, by applying a pump system simulator device to a digital controller. CONSTITUTION:A parameter 3 of the number of revolutions of a pump is inputted into the pump flow rate-pressure characteristic calculating section 6 of a pump system simulator device and a pipeline constant parameter 4 is inputted into a pipeline flow rate - pressure characteristic calculating section 7, and the outputs of the calculating sections 6 and 7 are inputted into a supplying water quantity and pressure calculating section 8. Moreover, an actual head program 5 is inputted into the calculating section 8 and the output of the calculating section 8 is outputted as a supplying flow rate output 9 and supplying water pressure output 10. Such a pump simulator 22 is installed into the plant simulator 23 of a digital controller 24 and connected to a pump 15, output meter 16, flow meter 17, etc., through a simulator changeover switch 13 and the controlled condition is confirmed. Thus confirmation of the control at the site is made easier.
