DEVICE FOR PREVENTING MISOPERATION

PURPOSE:To control a plant with an auxiliary operating device and main operating device when the attentiveness of an operator judged by a device which discriminates the attentiveness of operators is at a low level, so that misoperation due to erroneous judgement can be prevented, by installing the device which discriminates the level of the attentiveness of operators by means of a previously fixed judging standard, to a misoperation preventing device. CONSTITUTION:The main operating device 1 of a plant, etc., is connected with the actuator 4 of valve, pump, etc., which are important apparatuses, through an AND gate 3. Moreover, an auxiliary operating device 2 is connected with one side of an OR gate 6 and the output of an attentiveness discriminating device 5 which discriminates the level of attentiveness of operators by means of a previously fixed judging standard, is inputted into the other side of the OR gate 6. The output of the gate 6 is added to the other input of the AND gate 3. A real time clock 7 is installed to the attentiveness discriminating device 5, so that the level of attentiveness of operators in the course of a stored time change can be judged. When a result obtained from the judgement of the device 5 is lower than the standard level, the actuator 4 is controlled through both the auxiliary and main operating devices 2 and 1, and thus, misoperation due to erroenous judgement is prevented.
