FOUNDATION STRUCTURE OF STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To effectively and exactly hold a structure against the horizontal action force by supporting the structure by inclining paired continuous walls outwards at the same angle to the vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:When a structure has a plane-rectangular footing 10, underground continuous walls 18 of the same shape for supporting the four sides of the footing 10 are constructed in such a way as to incline them outwards at a fixed angle to the vertical direction and also to reach the lower ends of the continuous walls 18 to support layer 12, e.g., rockbed, etc., under the ground. Panels 14 and 16 of a given length are plurally connected to the sides of the walls 18 and wide planes of the walls 18 are faced each other. Since the paired continuous walls 18 are inclined outwards at the same angle to the vertical direction to support the structure, the structure can be held effectively and exactly against the horizontal action.
