Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To stably control a hydraulic power generator by presuming a mechanical torque to a generator by a dynamic mathematical mode of a hydraulic system, and considering the control deviation to the generator control for maintaining the voltage and output constant, thereby suppressing the hydraulic system fluctuation. CONSTITUTION:The exciting system operation amount EX of a generator is obtained by passing a voltage control deviation through a gain K11, and a governor system operation amount P' is obtained by passing an output control deviation through a gate K22, mutually concerned through gains K12, K21, and the influence amounts of field magnetic flux phifd, rotating speed omega, phase difference angle delta, and a governor valve opening Pm relate by gain K15-K18, K25-K28 to Ex, P'm. A mechanical torque to the generator is presumed by a dynamic mathematical model A of a hydraulic system from Pm, and relates by considering the control deviation. Accordingly, the operations of the exciting system and the governor system are effectively operated while suppressing the hydraulic system fluctuation, thereby stably operating the generator.
