Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To economize circuit by using a controlled rectifier element as a spatial split channel switch and driving directly the switch element from a switch control circuit in time division so as to attain the solid-state circuit of the switch. CONSTITUTION:Switch incoming side channels A1, B1 are connected to an incoming trunk ICT. Switch outgoing side channels A2, B2 are connected to an outgoing trunk OGT. The switch circuit SW is of three-stage constitution. The 1st stage (PS) is provided bidirectional controlled rectifier elements SA1, SB1, rectifiers DA1, DB1 being trigger circuits and a pulse transformer T1 and the 2nd stage (SS) and the 3rd stage (TS) are of the same constitution. Further, a switch control circuit SC drives the bidirectional controlled rectifier elements SA1-SA3, SB1-SB3 constituting the channel switch. |
