Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To exactly control the actual temperature of resin by a method in which the temperature of the inner surface of a cylinder is obgained from the measured temperature by a temperature sensing elements set at varying distances from the inner surface of the cylinder and then corrected from parameters including the revolving number of screw and room temperature to estimate the temperature of molten resin, and on the basis of the deviation of the resin temperature from a desired temperature, the temperature of the resin is controlled. CONSTITUTION:Three temperature-measuring holes 3a-3c of different depths are drilled on the same plane in a cylinder 2, and temperature-sensing elements 4a-4c, e.g., thermocouples, etc., are inserted into the bottoms of the holes 3a-3c. A temperature distribution curve from temperatures measured by the elements 4a-4c is displayed in a quatratic curve line to obtain the temperature of the inner surface of the cylinder 2. The estimated temperature of molten resin is then calculated by selecting three or more parameters including the revolving number of screw and room temperature at least among parameters such as screw revolving number, room temperature, set temperature, screw shape, the kinds of resins, etc., to vary the temperatures of molten resin. On the basis of the deviation of the temperature from a desired temperature, the temperature of molten resin is controlled. |
