NOZZLE FOR TWO KINDS OF FLUID

PURPOSE:To atomize efficiently high viscous liquid with simple construction by providing a passage for the liquid and a passage for air in a nozzle body, and forming the respective outflow holes in such a position relation at which the outflow fluids collide against each other roughly at a right angle. CONSTITUTION:The 1st outflow holes 6 communicating with the 1st passage 4 are formed radially at equal angles diagonally upward on a conical part 2a. On the other hand, the 2nd outflow holes 7 communicating with the 2nd passage 5 are formed radially and diagonally downward on a peripheral part 3a on the forward end face and are in the position relation with the holes 6 at which the fluids flowing out respectively from said holes collide against each other roughly at a right angle. Thereupon, if high viscosity liquid is passed in the passage 4 and air is admitted into the passage 5, the air collides against the side face of the high viscosity liquid in the air on the outside of the respective holes 6, 7 so as to blow and atomize the liquid to fine particles. Since there is no need for applying high pressure beforehand to the fluids, the outflow holes are kept virtually free from abrasion and the constitution is simple is obtd. inexpensively.
