Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which can be molded into a fiber, a film, a sheet, etc., can semipermanently retain excellent antistatic properties, does not deteriorate physical properties inherent to thermoplastic polymer and is stable against sunlight, by blending a specified graft polymer with a thermoplastic polymer. CONSTITUTION:A graft polymer is blended with a thermoplastic polymer such as polyester to obtain the desired compsn., said graft polymer having a backbone (A) composed of a polyoxyalkylene glycol compd. (in a quantity of 0.1-10wt% based on the total quantity of compsn.) and containing 3-100mol% of an unsaturated sulfonic acid vinyl monomer or its salt (B) and a polymerizable unsaturated vinyl monomer (C). Pref. the graft polymer contains 0.1-90wt% component B. The compsn. may optionally contain additives.
