CONSTITUTION:The light emitting element 1 is sealed airtightly in a can 2 and stored in the holder 3. Further, the driving circuit 4 is sealed airtightly in a chip carrier 5 or the like and fixed on the flat thick film substrate 6 by soldering. Then, the holder 3 containing the light emitting element 3 and the thick film substrate 6 storing the driving circuit 4 are fixed to the heat sink 7 and covered with a cover 8. |
