LAYING OF MOVABLE DECKS

PURPOSE:To execute the laying work for movable decks in simple ways by tentatively set a plurality of movable decks at a movable-deck laying position close to the upper broadside of a bottom block and loading a ship-side outer plate block having a top-side tank and then suspending each movable deck. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of movable decks 1-4 in superposed state are tentatively set at a movable-deck laying position on a ship-bottom block 8, and a ship-side outer plate block 6 having a top-side tank is loaded onto the ship- bottom block 8. Then, a plurality of superposed movable decks 1-4 are suspended upwardly, and then laid one by one in succession in the order starting from the deck positioned at the lowest, at a prescribed intervals through a tentative stay having a prescribed height. Therefore, each deck 1-4 can be laid only by being suspended without being shifted ideways, and the work can be executed simply in a short time.
