DRIER FOR ELECTRONIC PART

PURPOSE:To uniformly dry an electronic part over its entire body, in drying the electronic part being carried, by rotating said electronic part against a drier means. CONSTITUTION:In drying the mark 6c of a marked diode (an electronic part) 6 for instance, the lead wires 6b of the part 6 are mounted on two conveyor chains 7, and the part 6 is carried to a position below a drying source 2 by the movement of the chains 7. Infrared rays from the drying source 2 are applied through the opening 5 of a heat insulating plate 4 onto the sealing body 6a of said part 6 to dry the side of the mark 6c faced to the drying source 2. When said part 6 is further moved, the lead wires 6b come in contact with the upper end of a plate 10 for rotating the part 6. Hence, the part 6 is rotated by friction at the same time. The surface of the sealing body 6a faced to the drying source 2 is changed from the already dried part, and the undried side of the mark 6c is faced to the drying source 2. Thus, said undried surface is sufficiently dried, as well.
