Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion resistance of a steel sheet after coating and the secondary adhesion of a paint film on the sheet by forming aplated Fe-Zn alloy layer contg. a specified amount of Zn on one side or both sides of the steel sheet by a specified extent of deposition, a plated Ni-Zn alloy layer contg. a specified amount of Ni just under the Fe-Zn alloy layer, and a plated Zn alloy layer having baser potential just under the Ni-Zn alloy layer. CONSTITUTION:A plated Fe-Zn alloy layer contg. 5-40wt% Zn is formed on one side or both sides of a steel sheet by 1-5g/m . A plated Ni-Zn alloy layer contg. 8-20wt% Ni is formed just under the Fe-Zn alloy layer. A plated Zn layer or a plated Zn alloy layer having baser potential than the upper Ni-Zn alloy layer is formed just under the Ni-Zn alloy layer. Thus, three or more plated layers are formed on the steel sheet.
