BELT WEATHERSTRIP MOLDING

PURPOSE:To prevent a terminal part from deforming and damaging, by forming an end cap so as to lay a fixing component of a car body panel on the inside of a terminal of a main body of molding, in the molding for vertically sliding window glass of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A fixing part 11 made of hard synthetic resin such as polycarbonate to a car body is laid in a terminal part 6c of a main body 6 of molding and an end cap 10 made of soft synthetic resin is formed as a buffer on the inside of the terminal part 6c, a part 6d corresponding to an equipment part of a car body and the tip part 6e so that a surrounding part of the terminal part 6c is covered and secured. With this construction, the terminal part 6c can be reinforced by the fixing component 11, and a deformation, floating and unsteadiness resulting from external force such as opening, closing and brushing of a door can be prevented.
