CONFERENCE COMMUNICATION CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To realize the conference communication where a voice of an especially noted speaker is listened to clearly by emphasizing the voice of a participant in the conference communication. CONSTITUTION:Participants A-D of a conference are connected to a conference voice synthesis section 21 via a time division communication channel 1, highways 4, 5 in time division multiplex, a serial/parallel converting circuit 6, a parallel/ series converting circuit 11, an expanding circuit 7, a compression circuit 10, and highways 20, 21. The conference voice synthesis section 21 stores sequentially the voice of the conference participants and adds the voice signals to form a conference communication voice signal, and the voice of a specific participant is transmitted with emphasis by controlling a processor 9 having a control information storage section corresponding to each participant so as to add the voice of the specific participant to the said conference communication voice signal.
