MAIN DISTRIBUTION BOARD OF EXCHANGE

PURPOSE:To attain the control corresponding to the wiring of a jumper by providing a connecting changeover switch to the jumpers connecting an exchange outgoing terminal and a subscriber incoming terminal and controlling the switching of the switch by an exchange controller of the exchange. CONSTITUTION:A main distribution frame switch MDFS connecting the exchange and a subscriber line is provided with a switche having a number the same as a terminal number and the switches are controlled from an exchange control section CTL and a remote switch controller R-SC via a driver DV1. An operating signal from the maintenance personnel controls a central processing unit CC via a channel bus SPB, the central processing unit CC decodes the signal and gives a new command so as to control the switching of the main distribution frame switches MDFS. Thus, the switching of the connecting switches corresponding to the wiring of the jumper is attained.
