Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a continuous deflating operation and to prevent deformation and stripping-off of the circumference of a valve by constituting two upper and lower deflating conveyors on a rack base so as to be capable of adjusting an interval so that the inserting and holding intervals is narrowed in the carrying direction from the carrying-in side of an airtight hollow body. CONSTITUTION:An airtight hollow body W is inspected as to its airtightness, and thereafter, carried in continuously from a large gap side of upper and lower deflating conveyors 3a, 3b of an air deflating device so that a vlave is positioned in a gap for an air injecting valve position of the upper deflating conveyor. Subsequently, it is transferred, being inserted and held by the upper and lower conveyors 3a, 3b, pressurized gradually by a pressure adjusting member 15a having a pressurizing angle alpha, and discharged from an air injecting valve port. Also, in order to obtain a deflated state which is required finally, the pressurized discharge is executed by a pressure adjusting member 15b. Subsequently, said body is installed in an inside core clamping zone. In this way, a continuous deflating operation is executed efficiently, and deformation and strippng-off of the circumference of the valve are prevented.
