Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To widen the space of building to be utilized by a method in which a dimension-regulating filler is packed into the space between the downside of the base plate of pillar legs and the upside of the foundation and hardened, and nuts screwed with anchor bolts are further clamped. CONSTITUTION:Anchor bolts 4 fixed to the foundation are pierced through a base plate 2 fixed to the lower end of a pillar leg 1. A dimension-regulating filler 30, e.g., cement mortar, etc., is placed and then nuts 5 to lock the base plate 2 are loosely clamped to an extent that no trouble arises in the construction work until the structure above the pillar leg 1 is completed. After the completion of the structure, a dimension-regulating filler 8, e.g., cement mortar, etc., is packed into the space between the downside of the base plate 2 and the upside of the foundation 9 and hardened. The nuts 5 are further clamped for introducing pretension into the anchor bolts 4 to an extent that no separation occurs in the lower part of the base plate 2 by the design stress of the pillar leg. |
