Subsequently, through grasping the seat belt 6 and engaging a tang plate 11 with a buckle 12, said belt 6 is set on the shoulder and waist of the crew. In case of getting out of car, opening of the door is detected, and the motor 16 is rotated in the reverse direction to move the hook 15 backward, and the belt 16 is disengaged from the hook 15. Thus, the crew is not prevented from getting on and off.
