METHOD FOR CAPTURING VERMIN AND COMPOSITION FOR CAPTURING VERMIN USE THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To capture vermins, easily without using an insecticidal component, by spraying a composition composed of a non-adhesive resin, a propellant, a foaming agent and a surface active agent to the vermin, and quickly solidifying the foamed material attached to the vermin. CONSTITUTION:A vermin-capturing composition composed of (A) 4-30wt% of a non-adhesive resin (e.g. polymethacrylate resin, polystyrene, etc.), (B) 5-90wt% of a propellant (e.g. flon), (C) 5-20wt% of a foaming agent and (D) 2-20wt% of a surface active agent (e.g. polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether) is filled in an aerosol container, and sprayed to vermin. The foamed material is attached to the vermin and solidified to enable the capture of the vermin. The above composition may contain an insecticidal component if necessary, however, vermins such as cockroach can be captured easily without using an insecticidal component, and the captured vermin can be disposed easily by hand.
