Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To rationalize the insulating and securing works by mounting a lead bush on the connector of lead wirings to a winding wound on a stator core, holding the bush in a molding die, containing the stator core wound with the winding in the die, and molding thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 11 is formed of a toothed part 12 radially formed, slots 13 and an annular yoke 14, and a winding 15 is wound in a toroidal shape on the yoke 14. The core 11 wound with the winding 15 is contained in the cavities 19 of the molding dies 17, 18, thermosetting resin 16 is filled in the cavity 19, and integrally molded. The lead bush 20 of synthetic resin for insulating and securing the connector 22 of the winding end 15a of the winding 15 to the lead wirings 21 is formed of an upper die 20a and a lower die 20b, a lead wiring containing groove 23 for containing and sealing the wirings 21, and a connector containing groove 24 for containing the connector 22 are provided on the split surface of the lower die 20b. In this manner, the insulating and securing can be reliably performed to rationalize the works.
