Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To burn waste matters efficiently without generating soot and toxic gas, by sucking the primary combustion gas in a communicating pipe, by mixing it with the secondary air, after flames are extinguished in a quenching part which is provided in the middle of a communicating pipe, and by performing pre-mixed combustion by feeding the mixed gas into the secondary combustion part and by re-igniting it. CONSTITUTION:A fuel hopper 15 is closed after a fuel A is loaded in a furnace body 12 from a fuel hopper 15, the fuel is ignited, and a rotary blades 40 in a suction part 4 is rotated. The primary fuel gas is sucked into a communicating pipe 3, and is led into a quenching part 31, where flames are extinguished while the gas is passing through narrow gaps between a side wall 34 and a baffle plate 30. This combustible gas is sucked into the suction part 4, together with the secondary air which is introduced from a secondary air inlet pipe 32, and is stirred and mixed with the air, and the mixed gas is fed into the secondary combustion chamber 2. The gas is burned secondarily by being re-ignited by an ignition burner 20 or the like. By this method, waste tire, plastic waste, and the like can completely be burned, efficiently, without soot and toxic gas being generated from them.
