Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To control the speed of cursor movement, by moving the cursor for every one unit length and changing the period. CONSTITUTION:The numeric value read from a table 3 is set to a counter 7 and is counted down by 1 at every interval of the unit time such as 1msec. When contents of the counter become 0, cursor position information stored in a register 4' is counted up or down by 1, and the cursor is moved for one unit length in accordance with this counting up or down. Since a positive number is set to the counter, this counting up or down is controlled on a basis of contents of a sign bit which is provided separately.
