Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of mechanism and to improve the reading accuracy by processing connecting process between sensors on a program. CONSTITUTION:The result of position measurement at each sensor is fetched in a memory and stored as a fixed value in advance, the content is compared with an actually measured size of test form and calculated, and the physical position of sensors 1-3 is displayed on a display 11. The sensor is turned round a lens 4 so as to be a prescribed angle based on this display information and the sensor cutout position is calculated from the weight in X direction, and then the position in Y direction is calculated, this information is given as sensor read information, allowing to attain sensor connection with high accuracy.
