MAGNETIC HEAD

PURPOSE:To enable simple and inexpensive production of a case by forming said case of an org. high polymer material or adding pulverous powder of a magnetic material having high magnetic permeability and a conductive material to said high polymer material. CONSTITUTION:(1) A glass fiber reinforced phenolic resin, (2) pulverous carbon powder, and (3) pulverous manganese-zinc ferrite magnetic powder having high magnetic permeability are used as a material for a case 1 in place of a metallic material such as ''Permalloy''. The (2) and (3) are mixed with the (1) and the mixture is injection-molded to form a case 3. The weight ratios of the respective materials in this stage are 75wt% (1), 10wt% (2) and 15wt% (3). The pulverous powder used for the (3) has the grain size ranging to 0.1-3mum. An injection molding machine used commonly for molding of a plastic material is used in molding the case.
