Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten the charging time of a large stroboscope and to increase the light emitting frequency by providing plural DC-DC converters in parallel to each other and actuating these converters simultaneously with DC power supplies to charge a main capacitor. CONSTITUTION:DC power supplies E11, E21, E31, E41 and E51 drive boosting DC-DC converters DCC11-DCC15 having the same constitution respectively. Each output of these converters is supplied to a capacitor C61 for monitor of output voltage. At the same time, the output is also sipplied to a main capacitor CM11 via diodes D61 and D62 as well as to a main capacitor CM12 via a diode D66. Then CM11, CM12 and C61 are charged quickly when the DCC11-DCC15 have oscillations.
