CONSTITUTION:As the voltage to be applied to a variable capacitance diode 10 connected to a coil 5 is regulated through a variable resistor 13, the operating frequency of an IC to be inspected 1 inserted removably into an inspection circuit 2 with a socket 4 is controlled without turning of the coil 5 and others. This provides an inspecting device for ICs or the like with a long life while faciliating automation. |
