Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of a pipe having a heat insulating layer by interposing a galvanic anode material between the outside of the pipe and the heat insulating layer in the form of a sheet or tapes. CONSTITUTION:A galvanic anode material 1 is interposed between a heat insulating layer 2 and the outside of a pipe 3 in the form of a sheet or tapes so as to cover the outside of the pipe 3 all over or at certain intervals in accordance with the combination with the upper heat insulating layer 2, a possibility that an electrolyte enters from the external environment and a situation in which the pipe is laid. The corrosion of the outside of the pipe 3 is prevented by the action of the galvanic anode 1 even when an electrolyte enters the gap between the layer 2 and the pipe 3.
