Zusammenfassung:	By means of a novel, generally applicable process, it is possible by reaction of anhydrous metal derivatives of volatile, metal salt-forming compounds with fluorine-containing 1,3-diketones to prepare in a direct reaction and without use of a solvent anhydrous, fluorine-containing 1,3-diketonato-metal complexes in high yield, which are suitable as reagents for the surface treatment of glass materials or as shift reagents for nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
