Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion of a water pass age even if it is used for a long time, by a method wherein the water passage, mounted in a recess groove in a metallic thermal conductive fin, is made of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of recess grooves 2 in a metallic thermal conductive fin 1 are simultaneously formed by press, and a water passage 3 is installed in the recess groove 2 in the thermal conductive fin 1 through the medium of a heat transfer adhesive 4 which is excellent in thermal conductivity. This constitution causes water in a water passage 7 to be supplied to a lower header 6 and be heated by the solar heat during passage of it in a plurality of the water passages 3. Hot water heated by such heating is moved to an upper header 6 by the thermal syphon action, and enters a heat accumulating tank through a return port 8 for storage. In which case, the heat transfer adhesive 4, being excellent in thermal conductivity, is applied to a contact part between a fin 1 and the water passage 3, and this prevents the occurrence of corrosion during the use for a long period of time and enables the device to perform a high efficient heat transfer.
