Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the heat collecting efficiency and to prevent the freezing of a heat medium by a method wherein a hot water storage tank is used to serve as a room heater to thereby increase the heating load in the daytime and an anti-freezing liquid is used as the heat medium. CONSTITUTION:A jacket type heat exchanger 2 is welded to the entire peripheral surface of the trunk of the hot water storage tank. The difference between the temperature of a thermosensor TH of a solar heat collector 9 and the temperature of a thermosensor TL of the hot water storage tank 1 is detected so that a pump 10 is operated and water in the tank 1 is heated by the heat exchange operation of the heat exchanger 2. When a switch SW1 is turned ON, a fan heater 20 is operated to operate a pump 14 and the heat medium in a circulation pipe 12 circulates through the heater 20 and the hot water storage tank 1 to thereby perform a heating operation. In case where hot water is supplied into a bathtub, it is possible to set in advance a time (hot water supply time -additional heating time) by a controller 31 and when the temperature of a thermosensor Tx is under a set hot water supply temperature, the water in the tank 1 is heated by a boiler 13.
